Got excess fbs? Got a modest amount, but no one to send them to? Make a whole bunch of new ones and need to get them moving? Want an excuse to mail fbs to people? This swap is for you! Fbs are Friendship Books. They are little booklets made for people to find new penpals or swappers. If you don't have any fbs, you can make some for this swap, but you don't have to make any. The purpose of this swap is to pass along fbs, whether recently made or have been in circulation for a while. Please no slams, crams, decos, etc. in this swap - only fbs! You will send 10 fbs to 2 partners. Again, these can be newly-made fbs or ones that have been in circulation a while - just any 10 fbs that you have and want to pass on. Any questions, feel free to ask. :) Fine print: Newbies welcome with fill-out profiles. 4.5 rating or higher, if not - message me and explain. hia, ive never made a FB before can anyone tell me wat they actaully are, look like, how to make etc i would love to take part in this swap but just a little unsure of what they are laura x

i would assume this is a swap for established FBs since the description says it's for those who need to get their fbs moving.

type 'friendship books' or something to that extent on google and you'll find a load of information on how they look and how to make them.

Ok Im on very little sleep lol but is that 10 FB's each or 10 split (5 FB's each partner)? Oh and if they are new do we do a page before we send them?? Cause mine will all be new never did a FB before.

You can make new fbs if you would like... just staple a few pages together (small small pages - this is a teeny booklet, about the size of a post-it note or a little larger) and write "FB by and for:" then your address and information (like what kind of penpals or swappers you are looking for, what you like, your brithday, if you don't want guys writing to you, etc.) on the front. There are lots of websites offering tips and information about this.

This really is for established fbs, but if you want to make fbs for this swap, go for it. It's for any kind of fbs but there is no pressure to make fbs.

Also - it's 10 fbs per partner, sorry I didn't make that clear.

Do we decorate the covers? Does it matter? Collage, etc.

This is a great idea. i have a few FBs i need to get moving. im a newbie, hope that doesnt matter.

Some people decorate the covers of their fbs, and some people just use the front to write who it's to/from.

But again I state: the purpose of this swap is not to make fbs, but to send established ones. If you don't have enough established ones to fulfill both partners (20 altogether), then feel free to make them... but you should in no way feel that you HAVE to make fbs. :)
