Ghostly and Haunted Place Swap

Everywhere we go we see and hear stories of a haunted home, bridge, hotel and more! I live in Savannah, Georgia home to many paranormal sightings from 100's of years ago to date. I love learning about the history and the sightings! I have seen some similar swaps about history, wierd places, etc. But, I wanted to make one for stritcly ghost sightings and haunted places. Since that is something I love to learn about!!!

For this swap you will be picking at least one haunted place or ghost sighting near where you live. You may already know of one or you may have to do some research. You will find out all you can on this haunting, ghostly sighting, etc. Including any kind of history you can find. Now remember this will require some research on your end. If you feel like you cannot find a place near you that is haunted google the name of your town and ghost or haunting and see if anything pops up. You may be surprised what you find out!

You will have one partner that you will send a completed haunted package to. This package should include the following a ghost/haunting journal....to make this journal/book I recommend to do the following......

Buy an inexpensive notebook or a handmade book as well. In this book write or cut and paste and tell the story or history of place and haunting. Tell the story in your words if you can....if you had a chance to meet or speak with someone that has encountered a sighting include that as well. Include ghost history and anything applicable or interesting regarding the ghost sightings or haunted place. Inside the book you can add the following.....

1.) Pictures of haunted place. This can be self taken pictures and even pictures you find online of actual ghost sightings. 2.) If this place is more famous and has active tours include a brochure or tour information for haunted place. 3.) If this place has been on television you can even include information on that.
4.) If haunted place has any kind of toursity material postcards, magnet, etc. include that as well of course you will deserve a big heart for going above and beyond what you send. Be generous!
5.) In your package you can also include other scary, haunting goodies you want..including ghost stickers, etc. be creative

If your town or town near you has more than one haunted place, feel free to include information on more than one place. I love to learn more about ghost sightings and haunted places. I know as a partner I would love to learn about more than one place. The most important thing to remember is research, research and be creative! Make your ghost/haunting book/journal your own feel free to add stickers, drawings whatever you can to add some flare to it!! When making the book think of something you would want to recieve and run with it. Also, the scarier the better!!!!

I want everyone to have fun with this!!! Not only will you be learning more about hometown hauntings but you will be able to share this with someone across the world or country...how cool is that??? A big bonus is you can be creative while doing it!!!!
