StephL and Marymint: Make me a fabric brooch pleas

Since I have been waring the same black coat for months now I thought it would be nice to make a brooch to brighten things up! There are lots of ideas for brooches on Flickr and there are some lovely tutorials around the internet.

So, we will make one fabric brooch and send it to one partner. The brooch can be any colour, you could look at your partner's profile to see which colours they like.

The Legalities

We will send one brooch to one partner, please include a card with your swap name.

This swap is international.

Newbies are welcome as long as you have 4 mailed and rated swaps under your belt, you must have a plumpsome profile too!

You might tailor the brooch to your partner's favourite colours/themes, it is up to the sender.

The brooch should be made from fabric and it should include some way of attaching the brooch to your clothes (safety pin, brooch clasp etc.)

Extras are great but not at all necessary.

The swap is open to those with a rating of 4.8 and above.

If you don't intend to send then please don't join.

If you don't intend to send on time then please don't join.

If you don't intend to rate then please don't join.

My primary concern is the swapping experience of everyone in the swap, if I think you don't fit the bill then I won't allow you to join. If you think you have been rated unfairly then please tell me your tale and I will take it into consideration.
