Description:

Welcome to our 2nd children's scavenger hunt :-) We had so much fun with the first one that I've decided to host a monthly hunt. I hope that you all join in and make this swap alot of fun for our kids.

Each swapper will list 10 swap categories in the comment section below for things that they would like to receive. These categories should be general enough that your partner can 'scavenge' for something within the category. Examples are: Something Blue, Something that Smells Nice, Something to Drink, Something Dora etc etc. The possibilities are quite endless. The 10 categories should be things you are interested in receiving. Please do not make them too specific, they are meant to be open ideas & swappers should be able to "scavenge" an item that is worth $3.00 or less (AUD) for each category

When partners are assigned your partner will check the 10 categories that you have listed in the comment section and find one item for 5 of the categories. You can send more if you'd like but the minimum is 5. Be creative.

Please include a list of which item is for which category or wrap and label each one. Do not send any second hand, damaged, broken items. Do not send any items that you would not be happy to receive yourself. Hand made items are acceptable but this does depend on what categories your partner selects.

You must have listed your 10 categories before sign up otherwise I will need to drop you from this swap. Swappers who list categories that appear to be too expensive or which aren't open enough for children to "scavenge" within will also be dropped from this swap.

This swap is not intended to be an expensive shopping swap

Siblings are welcome to play together as a team or you many nominate 1 child to receive in the comments section below.

Have fun and if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Your group membership MUST meet group requirements to participate in this swap

•No recent 1's or 3's •Your child/children must have a profile listed either within your own or on the groups forum. •You must be up to date with WTA's & other forum games

Thankyou to everyone who has contacted me about some of the categories that swappers have listed above. I have taken all your comments on board and will be making some adjustments to the swap.

This was not meant to be an expensive swap with lots of $$$ being spent. All our swaps have a price limit of approx $3 so for this swap the $3.00 limit will be added to each category. Please ONLY list categories where an item can be sent that is worth $3.00 or less.

I'm sorry to have to put a price limit on this swap but it seems to be creating all sorts of problems with some swappers keeping their categories open to something of a certain colour to others wanting specific things from categories that most others don't have access to. I'll be double checking all the scavenger hunt lists prior to assigning swap partners and will unfortunately have to drop anyone whose list appears to be too expensive or with categories that are not open enough for other children to be able to find items.

I will be extending the sign up date for this swap by 1 week to give everyone the opporunity to repost their scavenger hunt list.

Once your scavenger hunt list has been reposted, your old one will be deleted. If your scavenger hunt list already lists broadly open categories where items can be bought for less than $3.00 you do not need to make any changes.

Sorry, I hadn't realized that hand-me-downs were not allowed, or I wouldn't have let Maya put down the game type things (or the "thing you don't want anymore"). When she said them, I just thought of our own family, and how we often have video games etc that could be passed down. blush So - I can't edit my list above as far as I know, I'll just re-post here with mommy changes (o:

Something kitty cat. Something superhero. Something summery. Something to play. Something purple. Something paper. Something to eat. Something light. Something to do with reading. Something chocolate.
