Description:

I simply LOVE coastlines...some of the most beautiful scenery comes from our coastlines and shores, so let's see if we can find postcards of our coastlines to share! :)

GUIDELINES:

This swap is international - postage will be quite low as we will be sending 1 QUALITY store-bought postcard with a photo of a coastline to 2 partners. NO HANDMADE - just to keep things fair (although I’m sure your photography is beautiful!). Also, PCs must be in color, and please no multi-views - there should be only 1 image on the front.

PCs should be sent NAKED (NOT in an envelope), with a small message on the back to your partners.

THE NITTY GRITTY: Swappers must have only 5s to participate (no 1s ever), with at least 5 completed and rated swaps under their belt. (If you feel you've been rated unfairly and want to join this swap, message me privately and we can discuss it.) As swap coordinator, I have the right to ban anyone I think may not meet the requirements of the swap.

Please do not sign up if you don't intend on sending or RATING your partners!!!

Let's spread some coastline love :)

Wow, I LOVE the picture you used for this swap!!! Do you know where that is?

maggie16 03/11/2010 #

Yep, the Great Ocean Road, Australia - The Twelve Apostles. I have heaps of these type of PCs for this swap - also open to privates swaps :)

Quick question: can the postcards have stuff written on them? I have loads of postcards that have a coastline in them, but most of them have the name of my city written on it. Is that okay?

@ morwesong - sure, that is totally fine - as long as the text is relatively small compared to the photo. Mine have the name of where the coastline is too! Just remember, the coastline should be the dominant part of the postcard - hope that helps! :)
