Description:

I love recipes written on little cards, organising them and flicking through them for inspiration.
Which got me thinking.. wouldn't it be nice to have a box of craft 'recipes' to flick through for inspiration.

For this swap, you will write on/print on/stick a clipping to/draw on a 6x4inch card. You can use 6x4 index cards if you have them.
They don't have to be highly decorated, we're not creating art, we're aiming to use them to teach/inspire our crafts, so they need to be clearly written/easy to follow.
However, they should also be inspirational, so pictures/drawings of the finished product would be a good thing. Just create something nice, that you would be inspired to use yourself.

You will be sending 1 card to three recipients, so three cards in total. They can be the same. You can use the front and back if you wish.

This time round the recipe can be for anything, a small knitting or crochet pattern, a bookbinding method explained, how to do a particular embroidery stitch, how to make salt dough or play dough, or an inspirational idea from your own crafting notebook. I wouldn't mind if the project was a copyright free printout or photocopy (glued to card for stability!) as what I'm trying to do is build up a resource of stuff all in one place.

I'd like to do future swaps that are themed to a particular craft area, or which collate copyright free clip art, or other useful things and hopefully we could buy ourselves a storage box and build up a library of craft recipes/resources and inspiration.

This swap is international.
Open to all (including newbies), but if you have a dodgy looking history, please PM me first. I'll keep it fairly short between sign up and post out, because you can get this ready before you're allocated partners.

Since the size is nearly that of a postcard, would you mind if they were mailed as such?!

What a great idea for a swap, thanks Ninethreeo!

Recieved my cards from Rillaith and PostMuse today, LOVE them, thanks so much ladies. This kind of idea sharing was JUST what I had in mind. :)
