My Pen Pal Kit

This swap is for people who enjoy mail, or mail art, but are on the go! Prepare for your partner one letter or journal writing kit that will fit nicely in an average sized purse.

(Try to coordinate part of the kit around some of your partner's likes or colors, but this is not a requirement.)

Kit must include the following items:

• One case to hold kit. This can be a zipper pouch, and divided coupon holder, a wallet of some kind... use your imagination!

• At least two pens of different colors, any size. One may be dark blue or black, the other must be a different color

• At least one pencil, any size, with eraser (attached or separate)

• One mini journal or notebook (think "smallest moleskin" for approximate size... it must fit inside your case) This can be for journalling, letter writing, holding addresses, etc.

• notecards and envies, 4 or more OR

• lettersets, 4 or more OR

• postcards, 4 or more OR

• any combination of these, equalling four sets. (notecards, postcards, and lettersets must be small enough to fit in kit, but large enough to mail)

The following items are optional... you must include at least two:

rubber stamp and small inkpad
faux postage (preferably self adhesive), at least 4
real postage, if you are in the same country as your partner, at least 4
extra colored pens or pencils
fun paper clips, 4 or more
small roll of decotape
surprises of your choice, something suitable for a mail related kit

Participants must meet all group criteria and be current on swaps and tags.

Items in kit must be quality, and may be purchased or hand made (with care). Have fun!!!
