We all remember the Plastic Charms from the '80s, right? You know, those brightly colored plastic chains that were lined with ridiculously large and odd charms with bells that jingle-jangled as you strutted your retro stuff?! Well, they're baaack! HOW-TO: Just like old times, this is a plastic charm swap! It's simple, just send one charm to your assigned partner. Easy, right? I thought so... RULES: Charms must be the retro plastic ones from the 1980s, as shown in the picture. Newbies are welcome, as long as you have a completed profile that includes a bio and a website for a blog, etsy store, etc. All others must have a rating of 4+.
