Description:

Some people only get mail delivery Monday through Friday. They then have to wait two whole days for Monday to come around again before they have the chance to receive swap mail from a partner. Sometimes those two days can seem like forever! While I do get Saturday mail delivery, sometimes I get no swap mail, and thus, I, too, have to wait the two days to Monday, and yes, it seems like forever!

This swap will make sure we all get mail on both Saturday and Sunday (for at least one week anyway).

You will put together a fun package for your partner that includes:

  • 1 envelope to be opened upon receipt of the package
  • 1 envelope to be saved and opened on Saturday
  • 1 envelope to be saved and opened on Sunday

Please label each envelope for when you want your partner to open it (immediately, Saturday, or Sunday). Perhaps you will be creative in how you present each envelope.

Please include a friendly note in the "open immediately" envelope.

[Note 1: You can use other things besides an envelope, like wrapping each item up like a present, etc.]

[Note 2: I hate having to put spending limits on these types of swaps, but as I'm sure people may ask, let's go with a minimum of a $3 US dollars for the whole package before postage. You can send more if you like. With that said, what you give doesn't necessarily have to be store-bought; it could be something you made or something from your own stash. It's really hard to put $ limits in this category. Please just send something you would be happy to receive.]

This swap is sender's choice; however, please look at your partner's profile to make sure you aren't something they absolutely hate. The idea is to make your partner happy to receive weekend mail!

Newbies are welcome with a well-filled out profile. “Well-filled out” means you have written a little about you, what you like, your hobbies, and a wish list of things you would love to receive. If there are things you don’t care for, please list those as well. Feel free to look at mine or the profiles of others for examples.

All others must have a rating of 4.85, with no 1 or 3 ratings within the last 6 months, without a good explanation.
