My Word 2011 ATC

A couple of years ago I saw on several blogs how the person had chosen a word for the year to concentrate on. What a great idea for an ATC! We can use our creativity and get something we can use all year as well.

The word is your partner's choice and maybe something they want to improve or introduce to their life. Last year I chose "Confidence" and this year it was "Persistence". Other possibilities are Happy, Peaceful, Grateful...the choice is endless...and yours. Keep to One Word like "Healthy" rather than "I want to lose weight/stop smoking or whatever"

You will make 3 ATCs, one each for 3 partners, using the word they supply you, so the ATCs you make will probably have different words. Decorate and embellish the ATCs as appropriate for each word.

You will then receive in the swap 3 ATCs with your special word on it so you can display them in various places to remind you to work on that word. I'm planning to place one near my mirror when I do my hair, one in my office and the other in my diary. Haha that's why I chose 3 partners!

When you sign up it would be a help if you wrote your word in the comments section below. However if you want your word to remain private that's OK too but you'll need to PM your partners once these have been assigned.

I've set the Send by date so that we receive our ATCs in time for the new year.

Only rules are ATCs are 2.5" by 3.5" on a firm background, not paper

Update: I have delayed the signup date as I have to go back to New Zealand as my mother is seriously ill.
