Hello Shutter Me Up Group, Thought I would post our offical 1st swap for 2011 so everyone can get started. If you are like me you like to get swaps done early so that they can go out ASAP. We hope each of you join and have fun with this one.

For This Swap:

• The theme subject is food.

• The challenge will be to take 1 photograph of a food item not just any food item because you will be making your photo in to a recipe card. Example: If you have a terrific recipe for Lemon pie you might want to photogragh some lemons, or if you make the recipe often that you are sending a nice thought might be a photo of a family member preparing to cook the food, etc. The interpatation of the photo is up to the sender as well as the recipe sent.

• You will have one swap partners that you will mail your photograph recipe card to.

• Each photo recipe card must be made sturdy.....a option might be to secure your photo onto a piece of card stock and write your recipe on the cardstock.

• Recipe cards will be mailed in a envelope and the postage should be very little.

• You are free to mail more than one photograph recipe card if you wish but only one is required.

• All photographs sent must be photographed by you.

• You may alter your photo if you wish. (i.e., photoshop, PSP, etc.)

• Your photo may be in black and white or in color. It is sender's choice.

• If you wish to upload your photos to our Flickr Group , you must request to become a member on Flickr. Only members of the group can upload photos there. You are able to upload two (2) photos per week at the SMU Flickr Group.

• This will be the 1st swap that will be considered for the Shutter Me Up Photo Contest. Please read the rules HERE

• Please remember to rate your partner upon receiving the swap.

• This swap will be angeled if need be but I am hoping that will not be the case.We have a great group of people here and it is highly unlikey but possible.

Here is a recipe to go with our swap photograph to give you some ideas and maybe something you would enjoy making.

Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

• 5 egg yolks, beaten

• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

• 1/2 cup key lime juice

• 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

• Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.

• Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.
