@babynavyblue .. an FB is a small "book", handmade usually, where you can put your addy / interests, and it's passed from pen pal to pen pal as well as around through swaps.

extra magnets....good usable scrap book items... loose cute pens...nice memo pads... easy things that can fit in a envelope and get mailed quick...lightweight thin booklets....temporary tattoos, just according to profiles of partner

What size of envelope does it need to be? Regular or bigger?

Just wanted to let my swap-partners know that I am out of town visiting family, but I will be back in time for New years. So I will be sending my swaps after the New Year - no worries. ^_^
