Card/PC canvas may be cut to size from stock of choice or precut blank postcards may be used. If medium choice is fiber, art must sewn or filled w/a firm backing. Theme: Bleeding Hearts & Bloody Valentines, Be Mine. -Open to artist's interpretation of this theme. Freedom of creativity. Open Medium - Illustration, Fiber, Printmaking, Collage, Photography, Mixed-Media, etc. 4.9+, no unexplained 3s or 1s This swap is for the bleeding black hearts, a darkly delicious Valentine. The artistic rendering & style is the artist's (sender's) choice, as long as this subject theme has been followed. Nudity is welcome but, not pornography for this theme. Faint of heart, please do not apply, you may receive something dark & delicious. Make something you would be proud to trade or matte & frame for your own wall, this is for 1 quality handmade card or postcard, for 1 partner. 4.9 or higher are welcome, no unexplained 3s or 1s, I will be checking profiles before the swap begins. Btw, I was thinking about making a swap of small dark valentines (half dozen), something like what kids usually hand out in school. I ended up opting for one card/pc. Perhaps next time, unless someone else would like to run that one?

@babbage1851 You have to be an officer to start a swap in a group - would you like me to start a swap like that? Don't want to step on any toes! i love the idea of the small Valentines like kids do. We could maybe do them ATC size...hmmm...

And @izohgore , i'm totally happy just participating in yours rather than starting another of the same. i am trying to come up with ideas, though, of what i might want to host.

You can send it naked or in an envie @xSugar . :) I would suggest at the very least for the cards to be signed by the artist (sender).

That sounds cute @bluemonkeymama , the ATCs are the perfect size, too.

@babbage1851 , I would be happy to make you an officer for some future swaps. @bluemonkeymama had been previously planning a V-day inspired swap, so, perhaps she would like to do the ATC or mini Valentine card swap? Maybe there is another swap you have in mind hosting @babbage1851 ?

Ok, i think i'll set up an ATC-size valentine swap here very soon. Once i get through Christmas my brain can function normally again...well, as normal as it ever does!

Eeeee! Does it have to truly be a card, or is a card-sized mixed media piece ok!? I already have this... half-finished thing... but I am on board either way.

Yes, a mixed media work of art is acceptable, it does not have to be truly classified as a card. :)
