TOTM Handmade Bookmarks - JANUARY

USA/CANADA ONLY!!!

I have become totally addicted to making bookmarks and thought it would be fun to have an ongoing monthly handmade bookmarks swap.....so how about it??? Guess ya'll are probably wondering what TOTM stands for:) It stands for Theme of the month. Each month will be a different theme, so here's how this one will go:))

For this month's swap the theme is Your Favorite Animal(s) and we will send one bookmark to each of 2 partners. The animal(s) you choose is Sender's Choice. This way we get to share our love for the animal of our choice with our partner:)

You can use any medium you want to make your bookmarks....fabric, felt, cardstock, quilted, cross-stitched, printed & embellished, etc. Please DO NOT use glitter unless you are going to laminate the bookmark so the glitter won't flake off onto your partner's books. Do not use beads, wire or anything that will damage the pages of our books. Ofcourse, if you attach beads in the form of a tassel creation that is perfectly acceptable. Just don't use anything bulky or rough that will go in between the pages. Be sure to make your bookmarks durable and pretty, something that you would like to receive yourself:)

Here are the themes we will be doing for the next few months:

• February: Profile Based

• March: Spring Flowers

• April: Sender's Choice

• May: Birds

• June: Butterflies

• July: Patriotic

• August: Something to make our partner smile:))

• September: Inspirational (Quote, Verse, Poem, etc.)

So....to recap this month's swap.....You will make 2 handmade bookmarks depicting your favorite animal and will send one bookmark to each of two partners.

Newbies with a well filled out profile are welcome to join:) Everyone else must have a 4.9 rating with no 1 ratings within the past 6 months and no unexplained 3s.

I will angel for you if need be, but hopefully that won't be the case:)) If you flake on this swap you will NEVER be allowed in any of my swaps again and I will shout it from the highest mountain top!!!
