Description:
In this swap you will create two embellished mermaid dolls. You will have two partners and send one doll to each partner. I define embellished as adding interesting adornments in the form of flowers, glitters, paints, fabric, ribbons, gems, lace, or any other interesting bits and pieces of stuff. The dolls should be at least six inxhes tall/long and should be created out of cardstock or made of paper and mounted on cardboard backing that is the same exact shape as the doll. You can use a premade template, rubber stamps, or design your own mermaid dolls, but she must be a high-quality, well-made doll. Send something that would make you say WOW! - in a good way, of course! You can make two of the same doll for your partners or you can make two different dolls. Your choice. Remember to add embellishments to make your mermaid the siren of the sea that she deserves to be. In my mind, the chunkier, more junked up she is, the better! As a final requirement for any swaps I host, the send-by date is absolutely the last day to send by! I will be checking profiles before assigning partners to assure that this is flaker free. Newbies welcome, but remember that if you flake your name will be posted on the wall of shame!

OK, so I need some clarification. Are these the kind that are a doll with removable cloths or a doll made out of paper that has adornment and can be hung like an ornament?

also, is the wall of shame a real place, because i would love to put some people on it!!! :D

Heehee. The wall of shame is the PFs! No one wants their name bandied about on the PFs - well, at least I don't! And the dolls can have removable clothing if you wish, or not. It's up to you. I personally don't usually put a hanger on my dolls, but then sometimes I do. I don't think it would hurt, so if you want to put a hanger on them, by all means do so.

Oh, and @sam I usually specify in a doll swap if the clothing is supposed to be removable or not. I just figured with a mermaid that there would be little to no clothing ;-)
