OK how about winning some money for Valentine's day? This will be a simple swap. You will have 1 partner and send them one $2 Valentine Lottery Ticket. Here they usually have one with lips or hearts. One ticket to one person. If you can't find a $2 one, two $1 will be fine. Ok now the rules. I was not happy that 2 people in my last swap were flaked on by one person. This will be 4.9 rating or higher, you must have completed at least 5 mail swaps and been rated. No recent no-sends. If you feel you have an unfair rating please pm me. I will be fair, don't you dare flake in my swap. You will be banned forever!!!

Question Please.....

 If you win a little bit of cash...how do you cash your ticket... if your from out of state...?????   Do you resend to the orginator...and have them send cash through the mail????

I am not trying to make things difficult...but just wondering how this can happen?

If you win you mail it to the state lottery office. They will send you a check in the mail.

I joined, but the only thing is that I don't think we sell Valentine's lottery tickets here in AZ because I was looking for them. I will look again, so if you only want Valentine lottery tickets, then please drop me but otherwise, I can't wait! :)

Just an FYI: It is against federal law to send lottery tickets in the mail. See HERE

Well, then I have been breaking the law every Christmas for years, because I always send lottery tickets with my christmas cards. If anyone is truely worried about it, they can probably skip this swap. I don't plan on telling though.

So this also means that it is illegal to mail them to the state for redemption. But all states have an address to mail them to. Hmmmm......

It also means that if someone turned in SwapBot for allowing swaps of this nature to go on, swapbot could possibly be shut down.

So I'm seeing on the forums that it is NOT illegal to send a scratcher. It is, however, annoying to worry that I'm going to be jailed when that information is incorrect.

Its not ilegal. Honest to Pete people. You can send the scratch offs to the office to get redeemed in state or out. If you are a big winner this would have to be mailed. If it was ilegal why would they want you to redeem your prize by mail? Research is good. This was a fun swap. I hope we can do it again soon.
