The other day I was in the book store and saw this book "365 Make Something Every Day and Change Your Life" and thought "How cool would that be to make a swap about that?" So here it is! A short version anyways. In this swap, I just ask that you Type or Write a little activity page for your partner to do each day for 7 days. Eg: Go on a walk and pick up two leaves; Count how many people are wearing a tie-dye shirt today; etc. Make it interesting! Also please add a little note to your partner, that way it's not just a random list! Please also add a small profile suprise like stickers, fabric, ribbon, etc. If you can fit it in an envelope that would be great but you can do more if you'd like. Even though it can be something as simple as sent in an envelope, I still have it type 3 because when you get your list, I want you to complete it then SEND IT BACK completed for your sender to enjoy! PLEASE SEND OUT ASAP SO YOUR PARTNER HAS TIME TO SEND IT BACK! Deadline to send is preferably the 16th, that way your partner has 1-2 weeks to compete and send back. That's 1 week to send it, 1 week to receive, and 1 week to complete to send back? IF ID DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY ITS OK, but that's the goal. So please dont let it scare you away! If its going to take longer for being international, just message your partnet whwn it's sent/received. Trying out a new idea so any comments, questions and suggestions are welcome. Open to newbies with a well filled out profile. Since it's such a simple task, there should be no reason someone should not send their item. I will angel if needed.

Just wondering how do we rate our partners on this one? Do we rate when we receive ours? Or do we rate only when we received the things that are completed?

And is there anything we need to include once we've completed our own list? Sorry but I'm abit confused over here.. :(

Why not send the list by email? Then your partner has plenty of time to do it, and can send back by snail mail (or email, too). Just a suggestion.

We can do it that way if youd like :) ill will changw the sending when i get home. That way international will work better! I say rate when you finish before sending it back that way yo can rate by how wellal activities were and how much fun you had.

If you want to still send out through snail maybe i can make it to add a profile suprise?

Erm... I think there is a misunderstanding about when to click sent?

But I notice that several people have already clicked sent (and it's only been two days). So I guess we're clicking sent when we've sent out our own list, not when we've received and sent back the other list?

That's fine with me - actually, I like ti better - but I think everyone should be on the same page...

We click sent here when you've sent your items as always. You rate when you finished and send it out so they know when it's on its way back.

Oops, sorry, I was a bit of an idiot this morning - I read what you wrote about 'rating' as being about 'sending'. Duh! My only excuse is that I'm a bit ill and I'm so stuffed up, there's no room left in my head for proper thoughts. Sorry!!
