make a purse from an old book

I found this cool tutorial for a purse made from an old book and decided this would make a fun swap

now pick out your book and start crafting try to find one with an interesting cover so you end up with an fun purse if you can't find one you like then glue on a high quality printed image of a book cover
make it look nice
be sure to use a clear coat of some kind on the cover to protect it

your book should be at least an inch thick your purse must be lined it must have handles otherwise it would simply be a box and it should be something you would love to receive

when you get it all done fill it with crafty goodies that your partner can use for their next craft project
