Easy But Cute Surprise Pincushion and a Note Swap

Hello everyone, how about a quick and easy sewing project swap?? For this swap you will make your partner one pincushion using the pattern from this site. You can vary the style and character of it by your choice of fabric. You may use any fabric that you choose and you may embellish your project using the pattern as a starting point. For instance....if you want to make it look like the traditional tomato pincushion and add a leaf, go right ahead.
This is a senders choice swap, so you may begin making your pincushion as soon as you sign up.......or you can wait until partners are assigned and have a look through your partners profile to make one that is more specifically suited to your partner. I will leave a week in between assigning partners and sending so you have plenty of time to make it if you choose to wait to see your partners preferences. This project is quite quick and will only take an hour of your time to complete.
Please use the instructions provided so that everyone knows the type of pincushion they will be receiving. Using a cut fabric diameter of 5-6 inches make a nice standard size pin cushion.

This swap is International so everyone is included. The shipping should be not very expensive since the item itself is quite light and does not require a box or protective packaging. While I do not anticipate any no sends......I will find angels for the swap if needed.
