I love all things Halloween and spooky. As a goth gurl, I love halloween all year round! So mid year I am hungry for some gothy spooky goodness! So take a 16 oz jar (about the size of a Peanut Butter jar) and stuff it full of spooky, gothy, halloween goodness. Example of items to fill your jar: Rubber bats bits of lace ribbons small nail polish (new) small make up (new) fragrance samples erasers stickers buttons small candies empherma skeleton keys small hair clips tiny candles Halloween ornaments jewelery You get the idea. Now decorate the jar or lid. Please do more that slap a sticker on the lid. This is senders choice, please send something you would love to receive (but if you are allergic to certain items or would like to give your partner an idea of what you think is cute please leave that below. Im not sure how many members are outside of the US, but I will mark it International, just to include everyone. Please be aware of shipping.

I thought Whimsy Jars were generally the size of a baby food jar? How neat to do a larger one! I've got no idea where to find one, does it have to be glass?

I found mine at Fresh and Easy, I bought a jar of simmering sauce and have cleaned off the label...the lid is black...heh

I have found this size at the thrift store too.

Sure. I think plastic would help with shipping costs...brilliant! I dont think the jar has to be exactly that size, but close.

Ok, I have these incredibly cool candle jars that have very goth-looking black/grungy-like lids that are a bit bigger than 16ozs and that's what I'm gonna use to decorate and fill with goodies. It's a really useful size and I hope whomever gets my offering will be happy with my choice. I'm easy about whatever I receive so no worries about me! =D
