Description:

The journal you are making will be decorated and have prompts created by you. Your partner will answer the prompts and keep the journal. You can check your partners profile for a THEME idea or come up with something new.

You will either buy or make a journal that is 5" X 5" or larger and a minimum of 25 pages. This journal can be made from a discarded childrens book, a photo album, scrapbook, recipe booklet, or anything that meets the size and page requirement. Or try making a paperbag journal. (see example below) But all journals must have 25 pages or more. (a sheet of paper has a front and a back, so the front is page one and the back is page two)

The construction: On the cover of the journal create a title which will be the theme of your journal.
(Example: TEA LOVER, ALL ABOUT ME, FAMILY AND FRIENDS, GARDENING, ETC)

Then begin creating your 25 prompts. (see examples I have given) Your prompts can be neatly hand written or typed and glued to the pages. The prompts need to follow the theme of the journal.
Such as: The theme is Tea Lover.. Prompt 1. List the different kinds of tea you have and where did you get them? Paste your favorite tea envelope on this page.
Prompt 2. Describe the place where you like to drink your tea. In your home and away.

Create interesting pages such as: A spinner in which you have the names of 10 teas in a circle. Then spin to see which tea you will drink today.
One page could be: Create a page of web site to purchase tea.
One page could say: "This page is one you will make a picture using tea stain." This is what the receiver would create...

So each page will have a prompt that corresponds with the theme for the journal. Each page should have some type of decoration where you have added some color and creativity. Allow room on the pages for answers, drawings etc.

Let your creative wings fly and send your partner something you would love to receive.
Please send on time and rate your partner.

Include a small theme gift such as: Tea bag, mug rug, honey sticks, etc.

Swappers:
To qualify you will have 4.9 rating or higher with no 3's or 1's in the last 30 days. You will have completed 5 or more level 3 swaps. You can find the swap level on your profile page under the rating information.

(Type 3: Crafts & Packages - any time-intensive craft swaps, any swaps sent in packages, most swaps will fall in this category)

Hopefully you'll do this swap again, I don't qualify yet but I'd love to be a part of it.
