Journal Secrets

I edited to be only atleast 50 page journal. 80 is alot to come up with and I dont want it to discourage anybody from joining!

To make it a little more interesting, you could decorate the pages that you write on. A secret that is three words long on a notebook page leaves a lot of empty paper.

Absolutely you can. You can decorate the whole thing if you so chose to, but that is not a requirement to get a 5 rating. I want most of the work to go into reaching deep down inside and letting go of some of your secrets and fears . Decorations will just be an added bonus :)

I plan on doing some postsecret style- I recently did a secret PC swap and did the whole cut up magazine words to make a sentence, etc thing. For others I plan on writing like a journal entry type thing. I'm really looking forward to this, because I've got a looot of pent up secrets, beggin to come out!

I love the idea and I'm looking forward to taking part in it, but I'd like to ask if there are any specific requirements for the size of the journal. Does it have to be A4, A5 or A6? Thank you in advance for your answer!

No requirements on the journal size. I am actually using a cute mini journal I got at the $1 store!

I'm happy the swap already started. but...Do you think 20 days are enough for 50 pages ? I'm just wondering...BUT of course I'll send on 20th if needed !

@petitpaindepice I may get in "trouble" for saying this, but for time consuming swaps that aren't partner based, I try to start early. I'm already doing a song journal, where partners won't be assigned until late Aug. :)

I did consider that, but since it is not profile based there is no need to wait to start. I also gave 2 weeks (maybe 3) from the time I created this swap until the sign up deadline.That is also why I changed it from the original 80 secrets to atleast 50. Im glad you joined us and im sure youll do great!

Hi, as english is not my 1st language, your answers are not totally clear for me... Does this mean that we had to join and start this journal before the assignement (start date) so we can finish on time ? What about the people who saw and joined the swap short time before the sign up deadline ? I start to understand about the concept. Even if I think it may be wiser to create a longer time from the time you assign to the time we have to send. Because it will be more fair for the people who discover the swap just before the starting date... Or maybe state in the swap requirements/details that we have to start this swap way longer before the starting date so we can finish on time. (but then it doesnt make any sense to fix starting date). Sorry, it were only concerns about the time. AND I actually see that I can write so many secrets in one day so it wont be a problem for me to send it on date. Well this was my first swap to host and Im so sorry if it was confusing. I knew I would forget to add something! I found out as you are finding out that it is easy to write atleast a few secrets a day. I hope you have fun with this swap!
