8/23/11 - Last edit - to 1 partner. Come out everyone & sign up for this EASY and practical swap, for something that we all use. *8/16/11 - Edited to "no more than 3 of same."* I have been having fun these days collecting interesting things to use as mailing labels. Some ideas include: *"Hello my name is" stickers, other self-adhesive name tags, Small decorative tags, stamped white labels, punched shapes, journaling cards/tags, handmade stickers, etc.* Thus, I thought a swap could be fun and hope you will agree. Details: 1 partner Send at least 12 mailing labels, with no more of 3 the same. Handmade or store-bought. Use a fun mailing label on the envelope you send your swap in. Poke around your local discount stores, thrift stores, etc. as sometimes these places yield good results, like my great find today at my local Goodwill store. Hidden back behind on a shelf were a package of 80 kitchen themed self-adhesive labels that I'd seen at our Whole Foods store for about $10 which I loved, but refused to pay. I lucked out - these were $1.99!

Can they be printed labels?

The labels can be printed, rubber stamped, handmade, store-bought; they can be decorative post-its, etc. They do not have to have adhesive on the back.

I edited it to read, "no more than 3 of the same," in case you can find so many different types. But I also know that if you are creative and look around, you will be able to find or create things that could be used for labels (smile).

Hopefully those that are watching will come on out & play.

Sounds like fun. I want to join.Just not sure if I will have time.If I have time and am able to commit. I will move from the watch list to join.I love tags & labels :) .Sure hope you will do this swap again :)

Ok, everyone, I changed this to 1 partner. This is such an easy swap; lightweight to mail, and practical because we all can use labels to dress up our mailings.

@Barbara thank you offering to swap with me. If others sign up and we don't get each other, then yes, I will definitely do a separate private swap with you.
