For this swap, you will make a Whimsy Container for one partner using a recycled/reused/repurposed container of your choice.

The Whimsy Container is based on the idea of the Whimsy Jar, which is simply a jar that is filled with items that can make someone happy.

For The Container:
- The minimum/recommended size is 8 oz/1 cup, but you can go bigger if you like, just keep in mind postage costs.
- You can use any container that is clear and fits the size requirement: jar, tupperware container, empty ketchup bottle, tumbler, empty drink container... you get the picture. I think getting something in a unique container would be such a surprise!
- Ensure your container is thoroughly cleaned and dry before stuffing and sealing.

For The Contents:
- This is profile based. So please make sure your own profile is filled out enough to give your partner plenty of opportunities to find items.
- The container can have a single theme (ex. Legos, self care, Movies, beach stuff, hippos, the color blue, etc ...) or can just be "Things my partner likes" theme. I'm giving four weeks to assemble the container to give you enough time to look for appropriate items.
- The items can be useful, decorative, whimsical, or anything. Feel free to explain anything in your note if you want to.
- There is no cost requirement. You can rehome, thrift, craft, buy new... etc. It is up to you.
- Fill your container as much as you can. It is okay for items to shift around when the container is moved, but ensure it is secure enough so nothing will be damaged.
- Make a container you would like to receive, were your interests the same as your partners.
- Make sure the container is sealed properly.
- Decorating the container is optional.

This swap is U.S. only.

Summary
You will have one partner to make one whimsy container for. Stuff the container with an much goodies as you can. Include a note with the swap name, your username, and a little bit of info on how you selected what you did, and where you found it if it's interesting. Mail it to your partner.

Please communicate with your partner if there are any issues with your swap. If an agreement or arrangement cannot be reached, then reach out to the host and we will come up with a solution. I am able to angel this swap. If anyone would like to volunteer to angel, let me know!

To join this swap, you must have 5 type 3 swaps on your profile with a 4.98 rating with no 1s or 3s in the last year. I'm not allowing newbies for this particular swap.

Due to the nature of hunting down several items, you will have up to four weeks to complete and mail your container after partners are assigned.

Upon receiving and reviewing your jar, please remember to rate your partner. If you do not like the contents of your jar, assess whether they are appropriate or not based on your profile. If the items are reasonable based on what your profile says, then give them a 5 as they worked hard to find items they thought you would like.
