I always send out my packages before any deadline. If you for some reason haven't recieved my package, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE RATING ME! Chances are, it just has not reached its destination. The post office has been known to lose things. I will also happily resend if need be. I've also noticed the mail being very slow in Europe these past months. A swap from Greece came in my mailbox almost 1 month after it was sendt.
So if I haven't rated you, I just haven't recieved it yet. I always open my mail infront of the computer, so I rate at the same time as I open it up :) And I ALWAYS rate my swaps

When you send a package to Norway it's important to add a custom declaration sticker. And fill it out correctly.
It has to be marked as a gift. And you have to tell what is in the package and it's value.
If the value is above 20 Euros or 30 US dollar, I have to pay taxes if it's not marked as a gift. If this custom declaration isn't put on the package, someone from our customs office will open it up and sort through everything. To see if I have to pay for it.
As you can imagine this takes extra time. And not nice knowing someone going through the package..
Especially important these days with all the Christmas swaps.. I just recieved a package for my Christmas stocking, that the custom people has opened up and removed the wrapping paper.. No fun :(
These stickers should be available at the postoffice. If you can't get these, please let me know and I will send you some :)
