Hi My name is Susanna and I am really looking forward to being part of Swap-bot.

I have enjoyed a whole range of arts and craft since I was a child and love to while away the hours making thing.

I volunteer at a local nature reserve where I design and deliver drop in craft sessions for all ages I enjoy the challenge of creating crafts that a mixed age and ability can create and still all go home with a creation they can be proud of.

As I said I enjoy a whole range of craft I love to learn new, forms, styles and techniques I have recently done a course in Japanese embroidery. I can get a little obsessed with one form presently I am really into felting both wet felting and needle felting. Other forms I practice including but are not limited to Embroidery (particularly cross stitch), Inkstamping, Encaustic art, Amigurumi, Pastel Chalks Watercolour, Paper crafts, Book sculpture, Screen printing, Quilling, Quilting, Origami.

I make all my own cards for Christmas birthday etc. I think a homemade card just shows more thought and care.

My favourite colour is purple

I am an Aquarian(though not really into astrology) which is a water sign and I love all things to do with water, lakes, rivers, waterfalls,pools, lagoons, the sea even the rain and jumping in puddles. I love swimming especially in lakes and the sea.

My favourite animals include: Sloths, Hares, Wild Cats, Orca, Lemurs, Pangolin, Seals, Otters, Sea turtles.

My favourite birds include: Owls, Swallows, Swifts, Herons, Peacocks, Reed Bunting,

My favourite insects are: Dragonflies Bees Beetles Butterflies

My Favourite flowers are: Anemones, Freesia, Bluebells, Hyasinths, Violets, Passion flowers Leavender, Cherry blossom, Snowdrops, Magnolia, Lilacs, Water lilies.

I like fantasy myths and legends including: Selkies, Dragons, Faerie, Unicorns.

I like the Winnie the pooh stories my favourite character is Eyore(original illustrations more than Disney). I like the Moomins

I like to bake.

I love singing and music.

I love books and am always reading something.

I love notebooks and pencils.

I like Egyptology and Celtic design.

I am a Christian but have always been interested in other faiths too.

I prefer cold drinks but do like trying interesting teas especialy if in interesting packaging. I am not much of a coffee drinker and only drink decaffeinated coffee

I don't really like pink

I don't wear makeup

I don't like blue ink in pens
