Hello! I've taken a long hiatus from swaps, but now I'm easing myself back in. I've done a lot of ATCs in the past, but now I'm looking for a broader range of swap types.

I'm a Millennial living in Oregon, surrounded by trees and loving all the rain I can get.

I can't seem to just sit still, which is probably why I've tried a range of crafts through the years. Finally, I think I've settled on crochet (with occasional bouts of drawing)--which I hope will continue considering the stash of yarn I've accumulated.

I proudly call myself a nerd and hope I live up to the name ;)

This is my second year of being a vegetarian (as of writing this), and I don't miss meat as much as I thought I would (though I do dream about it sometimes).

By day, I work for a small company building code--mainly HTML/CSS and PHP, with JAVA and C++ on the horizon. By night (and into early morning), I'm immersed in my hobbies, which include:

• Reading,
• Drawing,
• Pinterest-ing,
• Crocheting,
• Watching Korean Dramas (I often do this along with one of the above--which doesn't always work so well, since I have to read the subtitles...)

At present my interest in crochet is increasing and evolving. I spend a lot of time on Pinterest looking up new stitches and techniques. In the near future, I even hope to start dyeing my own yarn.

My style runs eclectic (but not very kitsch), or whatever you would call a mix of whimsical and modern.

I tend to prefer simple color combinations. In general, I like monochrome combinations, or light, earth tones with a bright color accent.

If I had to pick a favorite color, I'd say yellow--but I tend to lean towards blue tones as well.

Least favorites? How much I like the color is usually based on context. But in general, I don't care much for traffic cone orange, dirty orange, or wishy-washy browns (I prefer creams or dark, rich browns), or matte black (but really dark grays are good).

Nothing too sappy/sentimental

Animal print (This has nothing to do with the veggie thing, I've just never liked animal prints for some reason...)

Unintentional pixels (300 dpi or higher for printed images please!)

I'm most likely to give someone a heart when the item is well made / with the effort put into it. Though I like extras, I give hearts based on the required item.
