August 2022 Updates: Hello! I currently live in Naples, Italy with my husband where I'm getting used to the hot summers.While I live in Italy, my PO box is considered a USA address and does not require extra postage. Don't be alarmed or confused by my address, it is indeed a US address! However, please allow for extra mailing time because it takes a little longer to send and receive mail from Italy. I am an art fanatic. I have taught middle school and high school visual arts and I spend most of my free time doing art in one form or another. I also love to travel and spend most of my time exploring Europe. I have a beautiful black and white cat named Cass whom I dote on. My nickname given to me when I was a child is ShyChey. Hence why my profile picture is of a Shy Guy from Mario. I love that character and have a connection to it.

You'll see a large gap of inactivity on my profile from taking a break during Covid and lots of other life changes like moving to a new country. Thanks for your understanding!

I usually love anything that is sent to me as long as I can tell the sender put thought and care into the letter that accompanies it. I also prefer handwritten letters as they feel more special to me. However, if this is physically impossible, I won't hold it against you ;)

Things I LOVE:

-Artist Trading Cards (3.5" x 2.5" art) Seriously, I will always be happy with an ATC. I especially love hand drawn ATCs. Please put your city/state/country on your ATC. I LOVE seeing where each of my ATCs come from.

-Reading. I have my dream library/reading nook that I'm in love with right now. I especially love magical realism, sci-fi, and psychological thrillers.

-Scrapbooking. It is really hard to find crafting/scrapbooking supplies in Italy, but I'm doing my best with the supplies I've hoarded.

-STICKERS (I give them to my students and use them on everything) This can include teacher stickers and nicer/larger stickers. I tend to give my students the nicer stickers I buy in bulk from Wish.com

-Travel themed things. I love exploring different countries.

-Elfs! I went to Elf School in Iceland and since then I've been somewhat obsessed with elves and elf houses.

-Postcards. I prefer postcards written with a lovely handwritten note versus sent in an envelope.

-I've been collecting a variety of eggs since I was five (real, rock, plastic, etc.) I like themes with decorated eggs, but I do not need anymore actual eggs.

-Anime (Especially Miyazaki movies, The Seven Deadly Sins, Blue Exorcist, and Deadman Wonderland)

-Famous Artist Themes (You really can't go wrong with any artist, especially if you include fun facts about them.)

-Anything Chocolate and Sweet ( I love sweet themed papers and stickers)

-Pop Art

-Decorated Envelopes, small envelopes, anything cutely decorated

-Japanese stationary

-Anything Colorful and bright (Especially cutesy stuff including unicorns, stuffed animals, etc.)

-Foxes ( Foxes are my favorite animal and I have a sleeve of tattoos of foxes and roses)

-Pigs. I think they are adorable and one day maybe I'll have a pet pig.

-I like digital photography and darkroom photography

-Hand drawn/Hand Painted Things. You make it, I'll love it!

-Miyazaki Movies, especially Totoro!!!! My classroom was Totoro themed.

-Supernatural the TV show. I especially love Castiel (Cass) whom my cat is named after.

-All things Sci-Fi

-I can't fall asleep without Futurama, House, or Supernatural playing in the background. I'm a huge fan of all three of those shows.

-I like board games and card games. Fluxx is my favorite.

-Doctor Who (9th and 10th doctor are my favorite)

-Keith Haring, the Pop Artist (My favorite artist)

-Orville. This show is amazing and my favorite character is Bortus.

-Horror movie fan. I love all the classics and will generally enjoy even the campiest of films. My favorite horror flicks involve anything with Ed and Lorraine Warren.
