I'm a film student in college working as a writing tutor. I am always on looking for more dedicated pen pals.

I love to write! I'm an urban fantasy addict, but I always appreciate a good experimental style every once in a while. Experimental writing, urban fantasy, paranormal, supernatural, and slice of life writing are my favorites to write.

For things I collect, check the "Wish List" section below. I am a total geek, I play video and board and card games like crazy, and I love indie and rock music, but I listen to pop, country, oldies, and much, much more!

Obviously as a film major, I adore movies, but I'm especially into experimental films and films that have to do with dreams and fairytales such as "Ink", "The Science of Sleep", "Pan's Labyrinth", and "Mirrormask".

My favorite colors include grey and teal/turquoise. Sometimes I like black, but generally the first two are my favorites.

I enjoy baking and cooking, also, so I'm on the lookout for neat recipes. I like Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Mediterranean food. My favorite drink to make is masala chai, my favorite dishes to make are homemade General Tso's Chicken and Crab/Tomato/Zucchini with pasta in a garlic white sauce, and my favorite dessert to make is between cheesecake and brownies.

I love to sew and make jewelry. My Etsy shop can be found above. I sometimes paint and knit and my goal is to one day be able to crochet a Super Mario Bros. blanket out of granny squares.

I tried quilting for the first time. It's not too hard so I'll probably start working on a blanket soon. I sometimes make cardboard sculptures, create stationery, and make origami stars and envelopes from recycled magazines and newspapers. =)
