I am a 36 year old, recently divorced mom of 2. I moved my life from California to Texas in August of 2008 to start a new life and although it has been filled with a few ups and downs, I have come to enjoy living in Texas. I enjoy playing Secondlife and have been inworld for over 2 years now. I also play World of Warcraft and various online computer games. I am new to swap-bot but look forward to participating and having fun.

I am a huge VC Andrew's fan and have just about every book she has ever written. I recently became interested in vampire stories and just finished reading the Twilight series. I also read the first 2 books of Vampire Academy and need to get my hands on a copy of the next 2 in the series I just read. I have a varied taste in books and I am more into the nonfiction romance stories such as The Notebook and books written by Dean Koontz and Robin Cook. i am sure there are more but as long as they keep me interested then I will read just about anything.

Mostly I enjoy cross stitching. I am interested in beading and would love to learn how to make jewelry. I think it would be a fun project for my daughter and I to do together.

I have been pen palling off and on for over 20 years. I love meeting people and making new friends from all over the world. I enjoy sitting down and hand writing a letter rather than sending emails all the time, it just seems more personal. So, I would be interested in pen pal related groups or swaps.

I have participated in postcard, sticker, recipe, friendship books, and many other types of swaps from all over the world. I have also participated in cross stitch robins that were quite enjoyable.

LIKES: I admit I am a girly girl and I enjoy girly things, stickers, gel pens, pastel colors, fairies, butterflies, dragonflies,scented candles, scented lotions and sprays. My favorite color is purple of various shades.

FOOD LIKES: Dark chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies, fudge, all kinds of tea's, flavored coffee, and popcorn.

DISLIKES: I dont really have a lot of dislikes so will have to add as i go along.

My daughter Allison is 8 years old and will be starting 3rd grade. She loves coloring, drawing, writing, making cards and wants to also start scrapbooking. She is just finishing up her first year for the local swim team and has plenty of ribbons and pictures that her and I would like to do something creative with. She loves hair ties, lip gloss, necklaces and bracelets, and earrings. She loves High School Musical and Hanna Montana. Her favorite colors are pink and purple.
