Me at a glance.

I am most interested in other cultures, languages, travel, places, cities, landscapes, islands. Anything foreign, I like it - guaranteed. I also like anything associated with travel... luggage, transportation, airport codes, plane tickets, train passes, maps, anything in a foreign language, flags...

My favorite scents are similar to what Yankee Candle would call "Clean Cotton" or the scent of ocean/rain. I don't like things too flowery and though I love the scent of vanilla candles, I'm kind of over it.

I like:

*** see travel stuff above *flourishes *felt *embroidery thread *soft colors *red *High thread count fabric *Kawaii (though I don't really know what it is) *Scrapbook stuff *Knitted items *Anything Hand made

Dislikes: *Glitter *Disney items (Except Figment, he's awesome - and I do love Disney, but I live close enough to the park that I get my fill easy enough) *Food items *Knitting Patterns, don't know how to read them *Earrings

About Me

I really love to travel, everywhere. I am very interested in different cultures, foreign and domestic. I recently married. I have no kids.

I am not a spiritual person, I like spiritual images associated with the Asian culture, but I'm not spiritual.

I like languages. I've studied 4 and hope to study more.

I like to cook. I like organizational devices. I like books, usually NY Times Bestsellers and things like that.

I'm not into frilly things, or girly things. I like clean lines, basic shapes, colors, neutrals, brights >>> I like it all.

I LOVE CLOCKS. I LOVE PICTURES OF CLOCKS.

I don't care for animals. I like animals, just not pictures of them. I'm more of a landscape kinda-girl (especially city streets).

Favorite Music

I don't know how to classify my musical interests. I don't like country. I like variety. I find myself liking music from tv shows, movies and commercials - especially target commercials.

Favorite Movies

I like a large variety of films. I really like foreign films, indie films and comedies.

Favorite Television

I hate to admit this, but I like reality tv. Not all of it, but I still watch the Real World on occasion, and I like Big Brother, Project Runway and sometimes the amazing race.

I also watch: Lost One Tree Hill (Just started watching it) The Office Extras I loved Arrested Development when it was on How I Met Your Mother General Hospital

I'll add more as I think of them.

Favorite Crafts

I LOVE PAPER! I also like photography. I like to paint, draw and other paper crafts.

I plan to take some sewing classes soon. I also like fabric, especially foreign (duh!) fabric.

I am also into typography. I love downloading and looking at new fonts.

And I like felt.

The Negatives

I hate to be negative, but I'm doing this to save some money and not be wasteful.

Please do not end me any food items. I won't eat or drink them because I'm very picky to these kind of things so it's just easier to say no to everything food related.

Shakespeare Swap

Favorite Shakespeare Play:

Any. I'm not too much a fan of him, but I really think this swap sounds intriguing. I've only read King Lear, Antony & Cleopatra, Romeo & Juliet, Richard II, MacBeth and Hamlet.

Favorite Shakespeare sonnet: O never say that I was false of heart Sonnet 109

Favorite Shakespeare character: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern

Favorite quote/line from a play or sonnet:

King Lear: "Have more than thou showest, speak less than thou knowest, lend less than thou owest". - (Act I, Scene IV)

Favorite movie adaption (i.e. Shakespeare in Love, any of the Kenneth Branagh adaptations):

Shakespeare and Love Romeo & Juliet with Leonardo diCaprio and Claire Danes

Favorite actor in a Shakespeare play/movie: No idea.

Most hated Shakespeare's character: No idea.

Favorite color: Any

Shirt size? I would prefer not to get a shirt I'm downsizing my closet!

What type of crafts can you do? Paper crafts.

What type of crafts would you like to receive? Something I can put on a wall, bookmarks, knitted things. Whatever your specialty is

Any more information you would like to tell your partner:

Thanks in advance!
