Reallusionista

Hello to my fellow human beings! I am a 28 year old, married, mother of four. At the moment I am "simply" a stay at home mother. This will change once our newest member of the family makes their debut around the end of May. Once we all get settled with our new life, I will begin my journey toward my ultimate dream. I shall go back to school starting with the fall semester. I will study a little bit of each of engineering,mathematics, physics and astronomy. I will get my bachelors degree in science. Once I have completed that, I will continue my studies as well as take the necessary classes in order to become a teacher. I will be teaching either a science or mathematics class(preferably science, particularly physics or astronomy). Once I have been teaching for the required number of years(or have gained my doctorate degree), I will apply for Astronaut Candidate and hopefully be selected to take part in training. Before the time of training I will have to have my vision corrected to 20/20(for I am legally blind) and be able to pass a physical equal to military physicals. Ultimately, I hope to eventually land myself a spot on the International Space Station! Big dreams, eh?

If I ever manage to come across the time and the means, I hope to one day try out for a roller derby team and also start my own pin up page. I eventually want to travel, especially to New Zealand, Greece and Iceland. I want to take one special trip where I hit several different locations where each one contains a castle. I love castles and all the stories behind them!!

In the meantime, I am basically just trying to relax and enjoy life with my family. I like to write and receive long, interesting, chatty letters, and hope to make some close penpalships through this site. When the children are at school, I enjoy watching documentaries, reading, Netflix, being outdoors, and doing any sort of creative activity.

When the children are home we enjoy doing fun science experiments and other fun educational activities. I am planning on getting us started on geocaching and letterboxing soon. We enjoy doing sport activities together as well. My boys are good at and love soccer, football, baseball, and basketball. We also do a lot of art activities. We read a lot as well. A child who reads will be a child who thinks! I try not to allow too much room for the telly while they are at home.

I have a variety of interests and have several things I am wanting to try out in order to find hobbies that I am passionate about.It is important to me to lead a passionate life! I will pretty much try anything once.

I am interested in ancient civilizations, ancient knowledge, the mysteries of the world and of ourselves, and all "paranormal" activities. I enjoy spiritual activities and activation/ascension work such as energy works(chakras). I also like 'magic' and such related topics. I am especially drawn to the great sphinx, hidden records and knowledge, and 'aliens' and spirits. I love anything to do with the universe, space, and the stars and planets. I also love the water.

I am a goth and lolita lover :)

I do love my fandoms a lot. I love Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit and Harry Potter. I am in the Slytherin house and my wand is vine wood with a pheonix feather core...14 1/2 inches with supple flexibility.

The Lord of The Rings trilogy and The Hobbit are my number one movie series of all time. I also enjoy Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Crow

While I fancy many more movies, these are generally the ones I can become "obsessed" with.

I like anything with Johnny Depp in it or made by Tim Burton.

Oh, I'm sure any avid reader understands the dilemma of choosing your favorite books! I will just say that I adore fantasy, historical fiction, non fiction, memoirs, horror, and really anything that is well written. A good writer can make anything interesting.

I suppose I will also say that three of my favorite book series are The Dark Tower series, the Gormenghast Trilogy, and the Sherlock Holmes stories. Obviously, I also like the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings books.
