ON TEMPORARY HIATUS: Hi friends! For mental health reasons, I will be taking a short break from starting any new swaps. I hope to be back soon though! I will also still be rating/replying to pen pals/anything that comes in, so no worries there. Thank you for understanding!

I'd love to correspond with anyone from Latvia or any other Balts and Estonians, particularly in Latvian as I'm trying to learn the language but I'm also happy to write in English. Of course, I'd also love to correspond with people from any country and I'd love to learn something interesting and unique about your culture!

I'm not totally set on one aesthetic - I love botanicals, grungy stuff, pink and gold, floral, witchy - basically anything :) Right now I'm especially into the "Paris Hilton circa 2002" aesthetic and minimalism.

Like I said, I'm new to this so I'll update it as I go. The only things that I don't think I like are doilies, turmeric tea, neons, kiddie reward stickers and indie rock.

I'm really starting to get into crafting, particularly paper crafts like pen-paling, bullet journaling (big virgo energy) and scrap-booking. My Oma (grandma) was also a seamstress back in the day so I'd love to pick up embroidery and knitting again. Otherwise, I love interior design. I love picking out cushions and organising things and fitting things to aesthetics. I'm currently working on changing my room over from white with pink accents to white with black accents, but it's a work in progress. I also love writing - especially short stories, but I've been in a state of constant writer's block for a few years now. I'd love to get back into it as well though.
