I know some people will think this is being "picky", but my first name (Shelia) is spelled with the i after the L instead of after the E. (It is still pronounced like Sheila) I always try to spell people's names correctly, so I would like the same in return. Don't blame me - that's how my doctor spelled it on my birth certificate! My parents didn't realize it until sometime later. LOL!

Hello! My name is Shelia and I was born in 1974. I live with my husband, Jeff (more about him farther down) and our cats Bella & Cleopatra. I love animals and nature.

My husband & I were married on Dec. 5, 2009.

I love to garden (flowers & veggies), read, watch TV, write letters to pen pals, take photographs, go to thrift stores, flea markets, yard sales, and learn new things.

Friday the 13th & Halloween are two of my favorite days of the year.

I love the number 13. Sometimes my birthday falls on Friday the 13th. The next one is in 2026.

I love fall colors. I also love the colors from the 50's-70's like avocado green, harvest gold, retro pink, etc. I think I was born in the wrong decade. LOL!

• Troll pencil toppers (1 1/4-1 1/2 inches high, not including hair) They have a symbol on their belly such as a star, heart, diamond.

My husband never gets mail unless it is junk mail. I get lots of fun mail almost on a daily basis & it makes him sad that nothing ever comes for him.
