Hi! I am Sarah, from northern IL. I live with my husband of 13 years, our cat, and spiny-tailed lizard.

A few things I love: fiber arts, paper crafts, books, cats, geeky things, coffee, tea, wine, plants, fresh air, learning, science, vintage ephemera, camping, geocaching, generally being outside!

I am a knitter and spinner. I also dye yarn to sell. I love to play with color! My favorite colors are purple, silver, lime green, and pink.

I love all things stationary and office supply related. Notebooks, pens, journals, travelers notebooks, Project Life, smash books, planners, stickers, etc. I have recently started a collection fountain pens and ink, and Field Notes notebooks.

I have a goal to read 52 books every year - one a week! I reached my goal last year, and hope to do it again this year.

Cats! I have one; he's a super lovable little brat. I love cat themed things.

Geeky things! I love all things Marvel (Hawkeye is my fav Avenger), board games, graphic novels, Star Trek, X-Files, Harry Potter.

I love quotes! From books, movies, TV, anything! My husband and I quote our favorite movies and TV back and forth all the time. :)

I am looking forward to doing swaps for things I can add to my traveler's notebook, smash books and other homemade books or journals. Vintage or reproduction papers and fun little bits and pieces are perfect. I have also made and traded ATCs in the past and would like to do it again.

I have been enjoying crime/mystery/thriller books lately. I also enjoy most fiction, but have been trying to avoid anything that will make me sad after a loss in my life. Not really a fan of romance or chick-lit. I also like to read comic books and graphic novels.

I knit, crochet, spin yarn, sew, paper craft... but I will try any craft at least once! lol.

I love planners, my Traveler's Notebook (original size), notebooks, and well as binding my own notebooks and books. I also like charms and beads, and like to make 'dangles' and bookmarks with them for my notebooks.

I am currently working on a scrap sock yarn blanket and would love any small balls of leftover sock yarn (5g/20yds is plenty.)

I love to make mini albums and smash books, and save little bits of everyday life in them.

I spend most of my time rewatching old favorites. I need to get better at keeping up on new shows!

Some favorites include I Love Lucy, Star Trek TNG DS9 and Voyager, The Simpsons (yes, really), King of the Hill, The Office, Fraiser, The X-Files, Parks and Rec... etc.

I also love to watch documentaries. I especially like nature and true crime.

I think I am pretty easygoing. I like most everything!

I'd rather not receive anything religious in nature, or anything that promotes any kind of hate or disrespect.
