I am an avid crafter. I like to dabble in pretty much everything if I have the supplies and the time to do it. I go through crafting cycles. I'm almost always working on something, sometimes more than one thing, and I usually get ADD when I find something new and exciting or old and missed and I start doing something new. I've been getting better about finishing projects and deadlines help me.

I just recently finished the Sketchbook Project for the Brooklyn Art Library, which is open to anyone who wants to participate and they do it every year. The books get sent back to the Brooklyn Art Library and taken on a national tour for people to check out in specified cities.

I am currently attending a community college and earning my degree in psychology and nutrition. Most of my time is dedicated to school at the moment, but I need my free/fun time and I have been gone from the swap for a while. I'm ready to get back in the game!

I love to cook and eat. One of my favorite things to do is to cook foods based on what the body needs and how it responds to certain dishes. I am a health food nut! I love to create meals for sustenance that are also delicious.

I have a pretty wide collection of music interests, from techno to alternative rock to world music to punk. My favorite band is Deftones. I'm a huge fan of The Misfits, Queens of the Stone Age, and Nirvana. My favorite DJs are Infected Mushroom, Aphex Twin, and Armin Van Buuren. The artists mentioned here are what are most likely to be in my cd player.

I am also a musician. I've always been interested in music and making music. I played piano as a young child, and I currently play guitar and sing. I like to write songs when the urge strikes, but sometimes I have writers block.
