Hi My name is Aleisha and I am 23 years old. I live in a small town just outside of Edmonton, Alberta. I am originally from Nova Scotia but moved here 4 years ago.I have a wonderful fiance whose name is Sean, and we have been together for 4 years. He is in the Canadian army as a Engineer. We do not currently have any children, but we do have two lovable shelties, and a cat that are all treated much like kids.
I am a kind, caring person but I will also speak my opinion.

I am starting to get back into what I love the most... crafts of all sorts. My favorite and the one I find most relaxing is knitting. I could sit and knit all night. I also love quilting, but it's not something I can do all the time. I usually get mad at my machine and take a break for a week or two. I have tried crocheting and am horrible at it. I have also tried scrap booking and card making and I don't think I'm creative enough for it but I'm not giving up just yet! I have also decided to start making my own postcards. That way I can customize the picture to something I have taken or created!

I love to write letter to people, anyone! I am the one who will spend an evening writing everyone in my family a letter. I often write my nephew letters and send them home to him. He is only 6 months old but I think he will really enjoy them when he gets older.

I have always picked up postcards when I traveled somewhere, but just recently I have decided I would like to start collecting them. I try to join any fun post card swap I see. I like them sent naked with a little message on the back telling me where it is sent from, and how the weather is. It is something that in 50 years i want to be able to hand down to my children.

I live a pretty boring life and much of it is spent making things with my hands. I don't currently sell any of it and usually send it all back home to my family. They are very important to me.

I am always up for trying a new craft so if you have any ideas I would love to hear them! One thing I want to do is learn to make envelopes at home, but have never taken the time to look online on how to do it.

I am collecting Hot Wheels for my father who has a love for them and am always looking for new things. Especially mystery cars or treasure hunts! I would lovvvve to receive one in the mail from another country :)

I enjoy listening to all music, but I think my favorite would have to be country or rock and roll.

I am not much of a reader because I am usually busy with my crafts but I would have to say my favorite books are about real crime.

Rescue Me, Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Paranormal State, Criminal Minds etc

I like anything crafty, fun, and different. I am not picky and will love whatever I receive.
