Hi! my name is April and I'm from the Philippines.

I'm 26 years old. I'm loving my mother and sister so much {Dad past away 7years ago}. And dreaming of my future husband =)

One thing about me is I love doing business or simply thinking of ideas for business.

We have a coffee shop just below our house, we called it YELLOW HAUZ since it was and still is our house and it's literally a yellow house {check our site above}.

Everyday, it makes me smile knowing the perks of having your own coffee shop... and that's having a good coffee every morning with different choices.

Apart from managing a coffee shop. My heart truly belongs in the world of arts... I want to believe I'm an artist in my own little way... I'm a graphic designer and I incorporate craft with it.

I also have a dainty design studio, ARTISAN, which is just beside our house {can you imagine it? A coffeeshop below our house and beside is my studio. Very convenient isn't it? LOL}

Anyway, we design and print invitations and other paper goods. Basically, anything to do with paper and print. I'm also creating my own paperline I called ARTISAN PAPERIE {etsy shop}.

Books are my weekness. I can stay whole day in a bookstore. And I just love collecting books. Unfortunately, I haven't read all of them yet. But I'm looking forward in reading them all.

I love collecting craft and design book. Specially Martha Stewarts' and most of Page One or Chronicle published books.

On the other hand, I love Paolo Coelho for he is very inspiring and full of insights.

I also enjoy Dan Brown and Sydney Sheldon. I think I like it when my thoughts are being challenged and confused.

Oh there are so many to mention for favorite crafts. But definitely I'm a fan of Martha Stewart's style. However, my forte is anything with paper and print. I've been researching about letterpress since I started to know about it.

I'm hoping one day, my small design studio will turn out to be a big printing press.

I am such an old soul... I love listening to jazz music. Few of my favorites are Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Diana Krall, and Nora Jones and Michael Buble.

I filled my day with my inspirations through reading my favorite blogs. And it's all about:

I'm a very simple person. I get so happy with simple things, so don't worry about what to give me. Just as long you put an effort to it.

• Rubber stamps {shapes or figures are good but I prefer words}

• Lip gloss or lip balm {Burt's bees, plain shades no glitter}

• Stationery set, notecards or gift cards {I'm dying to have a letterpressed design. But I also like simple style or patterns}

• Photograph prints {scenery, flowers, studio workspace}

• Illustration or art prints

• Tea/ Hot chocolate {peppermint or genmaicha, milk tea}

• Vintage necklaces or charms

• Tote bags {colorful ones, or even the grocery bags with nice typo design}

• Pencils or color pencils

• Mini zines of how to crafts

• Stickers {anything cute}

• Chocolates {white chocolates with nuts, dark chocolates too}
