I am a married 53 year old woman with a good husband, five grown daughters, and nine grandchildren. We are Christian and attend Whitfield Baptist Church in Dalton, GA. I went to college while in my 40's and became a medical transcriptionist and work for our local hospital in the radiology department, however work from home. I love life and am a simple person. I look forward to swapping!

My number one favorite book is The Bible. I like Christian romance novels, self help books, study books, and love to read children's books to any child that will listen.

The Love Come Softly series by Michael Landon, Jr., Grease, The Robe, The Ten Commandments, The Ultimate Gift, Fireproof, The Sound of Music, Lifetime Movies.

Believe it or not, I love Gunsmoke and Bonanza. My favorite now shows are CSI: Miami, Law and Order: SVU, Criminal Intent, NCIS, Little House on the Prairie, Touched by an Angel.

Cross stitching, Plastic canvas and yarn, making crafts of all kinds with kids.

~Anything anti-Christian, sacrilegious, or un/anti-American. Not too fond of milk chocolate.

Dark or white chocolate, specialty coffees, hot chocolates, or teas. Crafty things, especially plastic canvas and yarn and embroidery or counted cross-stitching. Crossword puzzles. Like to collect refrigerator magnets and salt/pepper shakers from different places. Love dolphins. Miami Dolphin fan as well. Postcards from all over.

My grandson lives with us and is 11 years old. He loves anything like Baukagan, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc. He is becoming interested hunting, fishing, target shooting, etc. Loves video games as well. Likes slim jims very much. Enjoys anything science.
