Hi! :) My name is Marloes and I'm an 19-year-old Language and Culture-student from the Netherlands, majoring in art history. I’m also a Latin and Greek tutor. I love being creative. I take photos and when I was younger I used to draw and write a lot. I kind of miss doing that but I don’t seem to have the patience anymore, so hopefully snailmailing and swaps will motivate and inspire me to draw, write and craft more again. I have a passion for art (history) and (classical) languages. Other interests include photography, reading (especially young adult fiction, except for those high school-chicklits filled with romantic clichés), dancing, linguistics, mythology and watching movies or tv shows (mostly comedy). I love dogs, chocolate, food in general, and humor. Dark humor, dirty jokes, toilet humor, puns, it doesn't matter: I will laugh. My native language is Dutch, but I speak English as well. I’m intermediate in French and a beginner in Italian. I can read Spanish. If any of those languages is your mother tongue, feel free to write in your own language because I’d really like to improve my language skills and keep them fresh!
