I am a crafty kinda gal, interested in all sorts of arts & crafts. I make lovely little embellished boxes that I sell on etsy and I love paper crafts! I also enjoy beading and have a very creative full-time job; I make my living as a photojournalist in Chicago. I love spending time crafting, it has been a therapeutic process during a difficult last year for me personally. I also sell lia sophia jewelry as a part-time job, which is sold exclusively through home parties. Their jewelry is phenomenal, and I have a blast while making really great extra money! I am a newly single mom to two beautiful daughters, We are adjusting to our new, smaller family, which we have faced together through the craziness of our lives. I am focused on my girls, my work and healthy activities for myself, which includes crafting and working out in addition to surrounding myself with many wonderful friends. I am also a bit of a shop-a-holic!

I love good old-fashioned rock n' roll... Springsteen, John Mellencamp. I also love, love, love the Peas, Fergie, Gwen and Sheryl. I am a fan of Dave Matthews as well. And me and my girls love HS Musical AND Hannah Montana!

Friends, Sopranos, Survivor, Notably, two of these shows are no longer in existence, so I am currently hooked on Tell Me You Love Me, Big Love, Entourage and Amazing Race. My sister and I once tried to get on AR, but did not make it :( We would have been great!

I love swapping here on Swap-bot, and hope others who sign up also have the same love, since nothing makes me sadder than not getting a swap :( I am fairly easy to please, but do enjoy thoughtful and planned swaps, those that take some time to put together. I love handmade anything. I am a huge sports fan, and my team is the University of Illinois Fighting Illini. I love blue and orange; my favorite colors int he world!I like muted and natural colors over pastels. I don't particularly care for girly, cutesy stuff. I am more of a nature, spicy sassy kind of personality. I have several serious addictions: coffee, handbags, candy and Philosophy cosmetic products among them! I have an acute sense of smell and do not enjoy flowery, sweet smells, but totally enjoy more natural odors! I am vehemently anti-smoking. I am a social drinker and enjoy life generally to the fullest extent possible. I hope this isn't too much info, but I have found that extended profiles have helped very much in my swapping.
