Hi :) I'm a 31 year old female from Trinidad & Tobago, residing in the larger island of Trinidad. I joined Swap-bot because I wanted to start collecting post cards and find a few pen pals I could write to.

I have a few mental disorders and thought I would share this piece of information because I'd like to communicate with others who do as well. I also have Type 2 Diabetes.

I recently finished my Bachelor's degree in Music. My loves other than music are reading, Bob Marley, photography (haven't touched a camera for some time though), jewelry, jewelry making, writing, reading and learning new things.

Here are some things I'd like to learn how to do or get better at:

• Crochet I have started but I find it rather difficult. I put down the hook for a while but I'm going to start a new, simple project by the end of January

• Embroidery (learned how to do it in high school, but never pursued it afterwards)

• Working with polymer clay
• Journal making
• Making perfumes/soaps/body lotions, etc
• Painting with acrylic and water colour paints

• Making ATCs

• Letters (I love writing letters)
• Post cards (from Trinidad)
• Trinidad & Tobago souviners (t shirts, key rings, post cards, tourist-y things in general)
• Stationery (papers, envelopes, small notebooks, note cards, labels, pens and other writing implements, stickers, etc.)
• Teas
• Beads
• Yarn/Embroidery thread
• Jewelrery
• Nail polish
• Small things, generally (feel free to PM any questions you have)

• letters
• postcards
• stationery in general and stuff from Hello Kitty or Lisa Frank - but any cute brands that I've never seen before are welcome too!
• crochet (once it's something REALLY SIMPLE like a granny square, I'm a complete novice)

• simple sewing projects (the operative word being SIMPLE)

I'm not too familiar with ATCs and matchboxes but I'd be happy to attempt a swap based on both if I could get an explanation on what I'd have to do. Feel free to message me about any other themes I haven't mentioned! And keep in mind though that Hello Kitty merchandise is difficult to find in Trinidad, but I can send you all the Lisa Frank stickers you desire. :D
