Hello! My name is Linda. I live with my new husband J and my cat, Lychee in a city about an hour and half away from Houston. I love hand-made items and cherish the gifts that have been made for me in the past. My style is mixed. I love Anthropologie (but who doesn't) and vintage anything.

I listen to music for much of the day. I have it on when I make my coffee in the morning--- when I'm working at my little home work station--and when I cook dinner. I mostly like music from the 70s and 80s-- light rock, hard rock, R&B but also like bands like the Killer, Belle & Sebastian, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pink Martini.

I tend to like books from my youth. Children's books with great illustrations, young adult books of all varieties, and many of the classics. I don't read a lot of current fiction but from time to time find something that I really enjoy. These days I'm collecting more coffee table books.

I love movies and have misspent most of my youth either in the theater or in front of the TV. Love all types of movies but some favorites off the top of my head: Nights of Cabiria, the Shining, Jaws, Moon, Black Dynamite, Days of Heaven...

Love the Office, IT Crowd. Also the Shield, Six Feet Under, Dexter, Entourage, Rome...

I love needle felting and embroidery but am always looking for new crafts and techniques to do and become excited about.
