I swap with Swap-bot! Artist and crafter from St. Louis, MO. I love to travel, sew, draw, write, read, and am a film buff. Former zine kid turned comic and letter writing enthusiast. I spend my time hula hooping when weather permits. Babylock sewing machines tapped me as a featured designer in 2008 because i can quilt like nobody's business! i do a zine called original gangsta you can get from mah etsy. i like kool-aid.

While I do listen to anything and everything, my tastes lean towards punk. I love anything k records or kill rock stars put out in the nineties. i'm into grunge stuff too, japanese punk, brazillian jazz and samba, tom waits, pj harvey, any girl group from the 50's or 60's, and really want to get more into the blues and jazz. like, REAL blues from the 20's - 40's. i'd like to get into british punk like the avengers and django reinhardt too, and my favorite bands are probably sonic youth, the velvet underground, and the peechees.

i like authors more and love southern gothic lit like flannery o'connor and carson mccullers. love plays too. read all the vonnegut i could as a teenager, now i'm plowing through pynchon. i'd like to read more joan didion and reccomendations are welcome. i love art books and am really wanting some books on costumes and clothing, like the FRUITS book on japanese street style. any craft book, any zines.

i sew garments and quilts, but knit scarves as well. i love to draw, and make zines and comics for myself. i'm into hand embroidery as well. i can always use interfacing, heat and bond, solid cottons, nice black pens, tape, sewing machine needles and other machine sewing supplies, ephemera

Please don't be offended. I'm not into angels, dream catchers, american flag patriotic things, faeries, anything "shabby chic" or country-ish, southwest stuff or the like. At one time I loved small toys and objects but I am currently liquidating my stash and do not need anymore at the moment. I do not know how to make coffee so that would be wasted on me. I'm not into top 40 music and am picky about authors although i'm looking for new ones to get into. i don't like chick lit, religious stuff, historical fiction, or mysteries. no aceo's or atc's please. i can't crochet. nothing broken! no animal print anything! no pink unless it is paired with navy or another garish combination! i do not like anything scented like food. i like florals. i do not like dark chocolate. i don't know what a dotee is. i think i'm good on novelty print fabric for now. i don't know what to do with beads.

I REALLY NEED FUN ELECTRICAL TAPE and other heavy, colourful tape to decorate hula hoops and would LOVE to trade with someone. I'm also interested in kawaii stationary tape by cram cream or decole, and kawaii items in general (hedgies, little red riding hood, san-x little seals, deery lou). I love fabric and would like cottons in fun prints and traditional quilting prints, fun ribbons, and any fabric that would be good for dresses or blouses in a good weight with a classy print - think basic wovens in mod dots (not clowny), plaids, stripes, etc. Candles are good, as are teas, mix tapes and cds, and seven inches. I am looking for specific zines and zine related items from the nineties. i love unique jewelry and necklace/charms, brooches, and any vintage jewelry. i like the colors blue in all shades, mossy greens, navy, navy and hot pink together, and orange. i like natural fibers for my yarn and anything dark and sparkly. i like things like bats, stripes, small pouches, voodoo-y stuff, watches, italian horror movies, typewriters, tarot, palm reading, anything odd. UM I REALLY WANT SOME HEATHER ROSS MERMAID FABRIC! international candy and snacks would be radtacular. if your grandpa would like it i probably will too, as long as it's not racist or homophobic or offensive towards women. not that your grandpa's into that or anything.
