Here are some things I like.

Teas: My favorites are black teas (both flavored and plain), green teas, oolong, and mate. I like peppermint but not spearmint. Licorice/anise and I don't really get along.

Candy/Treats: Gummy candies are the best, like Swedish Fish, Hot Tamales, Kasugai gummies, sour cherry coke bottles, etc. My favorite cookies are snickerdoodles. I don't eat meat, so any interesting vegetarian treats are always exciting.

Cute animal friends: I like owls, squirrels, and seahorses.

Jewelry/Accessories/Cosmetics: I have really sensitive skin, so I can't wear cheap metal or most scented lotions. I can wear sterling silver jewelry or non-metal jewelry (i.e., necklaces with ribbons or cords instead of chains). I especially like things that are brown and blue, polka-dotted, or which have ginkgo leaves or cherry blossoms on them.

Writers/Artists: Tom Robbins, Charles Bukowski, Edward Gorey, David Sedaris . . .

Office Supplies: I teach, so I'm always interested in acquiring new fun office supplies, like pretty post-its, binder clips, and so on.

(Of course, I don't expect people to go out of the way to cater to my tastes in swaps, and I won't be angry if you include something I said I didn't like here. I just find that people often ask for more details about what I like, so this might be helpful to someone.)
