paramedic, rn with two awesome kids, Joey 12 and Jamie 8. Most of my knitting is done in the front seat of a non-transporting paramedic truck between calls. I knit, crochet, and felt. I also enjoy road cycling and reading. I like to knit quick projects like Lopi sweaters, that are easy to put down and pick up. I especially like to knit socks and love sock yarn. I love all colors, as long as they coordinate well. I love tea, especially chai and chamomile. I don't really like sweets or chocolate (weird, I know!). I love Disney stuff, I am a disney vacation club member. Most of the swaps i participate in are for my kids or craft related.

I hesitate to fill out profiles in great detail....I think part of the fun of swapping is being surprised. I also find it a bit overwhelming to please a partner with pages and pages of likes/dislikes/wish lists, etc. That said, I will always do my best to send quality items that I would like to receive. I will also respect any allergies, strong dislikes, and cultural/religious beliefs. Oh yeah, I will avoid dollar store stuff, too, unless it is a dollar store swap!

Knitting, Crochet, felting, some scrapbooking. I love anything with a mystical, Asian, or crafty theme. I especially appreciate things with a sushi theme, tarot cards, or yarn/knitting/crochet theme. I recently purchased a brother embroidery machine, so PES files are always welcome too!

I love the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, Harry Potter, most Jodi Picolt, anything by Christopher Moore. Stpehen King, but only his short stories and novellas, the Dies the Fire series by SM Stirling is great, too.

My son Joe just turned 12 and loves sports, especially baseball. My daughter Jamie is 8, and dances five days a week! She also loves tinker bell and animals.
