Hi everyone! The name is Michelle - I am a 40something year old female born and raised in the great city of Chicago.

Married to my better half. We've been together since 2000 and married since 2011.

I use to work in the Computer Tech Field but am now a sahm to two. But I also enjoy tons of other artsy and craftsy things ^_^

Also - I go by MixedFX (which I've had since '96) and LoveChelle online. So you may see references of both.

My husband use to work in the entertainment area and I was raised with a multitude of genre's of music so I have learned to appreciate it all.
Seriously. Favorite artists range from Elvis Presley to Garth Brooks to Guns and Roses to Selena Gomez to Vicente Fernandez to Freddy Fender etc...I'm an old soul at heart and love the classics as well as jazz & blues.. the only thing I probably do not like is screamo music/ heavy harsh metal that seems to be made to give people headaches lol.

Unfortunately, i don't get much time to read now a days. So. if you have suggestions, please let me know!

Again, being a mom to two toddlers - i don't get much screen time, so Bluey and spidey and friends etc are usually whats on rotation with some disney thrown in. However, My all time favorite movie was Grease. The original that is.
Others would include Hairspray - the original. Dirty Dancing - again The Original. Forest Gump. Any Pixar & Disney movies. Devils advocate. And just about anything staring John Travolta, Tom Hanks and/or Robin Williams. Oh and of course Johnny Depp is another favorite as well.

Favorite crafts - i have what i call crafter ADD I knit and crochet.
Sew and embroider.
Scrapbook and create jewelry.
Draw and paint.
Create wreaths and bows.
I like it all seriously!
And I'm always open to learning new things!

I love just about anything bright and colorful.
Cardinals are a huge favorite since I lost my mother back in 2014 and it has become a symbol of her after death.
I've also recently lost my father, who came to me as a monarch butterfly after he passed, so love those as well.

I am a huge Whovian/Doctor who fanatic.
Bridgerton and its spin offs Downton Abbey is another favorite (totally sad it ended!) Grace and Frankie Gilmore girls ... seriously way too many to name..
