I am a busy mom with three young kids at home: Jordan-4, Kennedy-3, and Duncan-18 months. I am a teacher by trade, but now lucky enough to stay at home with them while working on getting my home business off the ground. My favorite color is green, candy Godiva, Toffifay, chocolate covered pretzels or potato chips, white chocolate Toblerone bar. I love, love, love to cook and dance, write and create. Bubble baths, candles, wine, and a good book is my decadent night time ritual when I can fit it in. I am always looking for new ideas and insights on loving life!

Dancing in my house is an everyday ritual. Music somehow feeds my spirit like nothing else can. I love all kinds of music, the current mainstream hit list, jazz, country, classical-you name it. Though I'd have to say I do steer away from rap, heavy metal, and alot of the 70's rock. My favorite artists have to be Sinatra, Bobby Darren, Cole Porter, Norah Jones, Colbey Callay, Michael Buble, Duffy, Creed, Nickleback...eclectic combination.

Nicholas Sparks has been my favorite author, but I have just finished what I think is the last one in his repetoire to date. So, I am currently in search of my next author to sink into. Though, I think I may dive into some of the classic authors and books that are on the must read lists of all time. I also love poetry, especially Emily Dickinson.

Romantic comedies would have to be my favorite genre. I love classic movies (not too fond of black and white versions; however, but anything with Doris Day or Audrey Hepburn will keep me happy, too. Just not too into scifi.

Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice,Fringe, Sons of Anarchy, and One Tree Hill are my DVR shows. I wanted to see the Starter Wife, but missed the first season. Maybe I'll try to catch up on that one.

I love to cook-probably my biggest hobby. I am also a scrapbooking addict. I like to sew. In a nutshell though, I thouroughly enjoy crafts of all kinds. Creatvity is in my soul, I guess and something really encouraged in my house.
