Comment: When I received the swap, it didn't meet swap requirement. I contacted her and her response is that after partners were assigned, she read the swap description and it didn't make sense to her. No offer of a resend and I am assuming it didn't make sense to her because she doesn't have anything Kawaii. Please next time, read swap description first and ask questions if you don't understand before signing up for swaps.
