I am 51 and like to pretend I am a mixed media artist. I love to cook all kinds of food, read all kinds of books. I love the color blue, tea, collecting gnomes ,art, and sewing. I have 4 rescue pets, 3 cats and a dog and love to go hiking and just be in nature. I’ve have been married for 30 yrs and we have two adult sons.

I have recently become fascinated by the Japanese culture and love learning about their way of life. I've been watching lots of videos and find them fascinating.

I actually joined swap-bot in 2008 and then completely forgot all about it. Fast forward to August of 2022, I saw it mentioned on Facebook and remembered I signed up and figured it was time to get back into some swapping fun. So here I am.

I enjoy creating art, painting, sewing, reading crocheting and making gnomes, journals and other paper crafting items. I have recently started creating my own stationery. I’m not the best at it but I’m trying.

+Hot Chocolate - however it must be sugar free since I am diabetic.

+Handmade Note Cards and Stationary. I love handmade cards and prefer them over store bought but I understand not everyone makes cards so send what you have.

Not a big fan of:

• Anything with glitter! Or the color pink.

+Anything Strawberry, I don't even like the fruit!

+Heavy perfumey scents or cinnamon scented items due to allergies

+Nor do I like religious-themed anything. So please no stickers or items of that kind. Also no kiddie or teacher type stickers.

I love tea of all kinds. I'm a bit tea obsessed honestly. I have yet to find a tea I didn't like well except chamomile and strawberry. I don't like anything strawberry! Other than that I'm pretty sure I will drink it. One of my favorite flavors is spearmint tea. I also love Blueberry and Raspberry flavors. Sending tea is always a hit with me.

I have to follow a gluten free diet because I am gluten sensitive also I recently found out I am diabetic so I have to watch those carbs, and sugar- bummer 🤔 Please be mindful of this when sending recipes or food related items.

I've just started making art zines and deco books,and I'm really enjoying them. It's fun to create these little books and so much easier to figure out a little art page. I'm definitely going to be making more if these in 2023.
